What is C F T?
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), was founded by Dr. Gillespie in the 1970's, and is a gentle, hands-on technique aimed to release fascial restrictions, allowing for optimal cerebrospinal fluid flow.
Increasing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid through the fascial system alleviates pain, highly impacts the nervous and immune systems, and helps with movement, flexibility, and overall health.
Through decades of dedicated research and practice, Dr. Gillespie's innovative approach, known as CFT, has helped countless children and adults get to the root cause of health issues.

Becki is a CFT therapist for adults, children and infants.
Additionally, she is trained in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Emotion Code™ and Avazzia™ microcurrent technology. She is a licensed massage therapist.
"My passion for CFT came after I received healing of my 25-year, right-side pain after just a few sessions. I truly believe in CFT and its profound effects on a person's health."

Common Questions of Craniosacral Fascial Therapy
What is the Craniosacral?
Craniosacral refers to the normal neurophysiological motion of the brain, spinal cord, sacrum and all the connecting tissues.
What is the Fascia?
The fascial system is a complex network of connective tissue that permeates the entire body, providing structural support and facilitating communication between different body parts. It is the superhighway for the nervous system and houses over 270 million nerves. Comprised of collagen tubes, this system surrounds muscles, organs, and nerves, influencing movement, flexibility, and overall body function. It plays a crucial role in maintaining bodily integrity and coordination.
Imagine a three-dimensional spider web that stretches from head to toe and finger to finger. It provides the body with tensile strength to maintain its distinctive shape. You may be familiar with the term "extracellular matrix" from school, this is what they're referring to!
What is a Brain Cycle?
In CFT, the brain cycle refers to a fundamental rhythm observed in the craniosacral system characterized by expansion and contraction of the ventricles of the brain.
Understanding the brain cycle allows practitioners to effectively address underlying imbalances and support the body's innate capacity for healing and self-regulation.
An optimal, healthy brain cycle is at least 200 seconds.
Does this therapy hurt?
That’s a great question! Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is non-invasive and gently for all ages!
